To administer, develop and manage all aspects of logistics related to Part 145 aircraft maintenance activities.

Main responsibilities

  • Procurement of aircraft spares & consumables
  • Stock Management
  • Management of all stores personnel
  • Management of bonded, Goods in/out and bulk stores
  • Management of all tooling, tools stores  and tool control procedures
  • Supporting planning and production requirements during pre-input phase and all shortages during maintenance phase  
  • Control of subcontractor and contractors
  • Coordination with customers and management of customer stock
  • The development of new and existing systems and procedures
  • Liaise with Sales and Commercial on invoicing and project costs

Skills / Experience

  • 5+ years airline or MRO industry experience as Logistics Management or Senior Logistics role (3rd party MRO experience advantageous)
  • Managerial experience, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
  • In depth knowledge of EASA/CAA Part-145 legislation within Logistics scope
  • Strong IT skills
  • Fluent in English
