Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our sales team. This role supports the sales function by managing aircraft component documentation and handling customer enquiries across our e-commerce platforms, email, and social media channels.


Main responsibilities

  • Aircraft Component Documentation
  • Assist in compiling, verifying, and maintaining trace documentation for aircraft components in line with industry standards (e.g., ATA Spec 106, EASA/FAA).
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for sales and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies.
  • E-Commerce & Customer Support
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, online marketplaces (e.g., ILS, PartsBase), website and social media platforms.
  • Provide product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the listing and updating of inventory on e-commerce platforms.
  • Sales Administration
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and generate invoices.
  • Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions, leads, and order status.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and supporting inventory planning.

Skills/experience

  • Experience in sales administration, preferably within aviation.
  • Familiarity with aircraft component trace documentation and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Full Time
  • Hours: 40 hours per week 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 3:30pm Friday
