Summary

To administer and manage all aspects of aircraft planning related to Part 145 maintenance activities.

Main responsibilities

Evaluate work scopes for capacity and scope
Identify material and tooling requirements from work scopes
Create and stage workorders
Plan work orders, ensuring on resource availability
Co-Chair aircraft pre-input meetings with the Maintenance Manager
Manage communications with CAMO`s regarding work packages, workorders and project progress
Management of technical records
Management of technical publications

Highly organised person capable of coordinating complex and dynamic projects
Good communication and team working skills

Skills/experience

3+ years airline or MRO industry experience in maintenance planning (3rd party MRO experience advantageous)
In depth knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 legislation
Strong MS Excel skillset
MS project experience advantageous
Fluent in English
