ecube signs first agreement with Boeing to address supply chain challenges

ecube is delighted to be a core part of Boeing’s announcement regarding expanding their Used Serviceable Material (USM) capacity as part of their wider aircraft recycling programme. Boeing expands Used Serviceable Material capacity to address supply chain challenges | Boeing Global Services

We are prepared to support this shift and with our facilities in St Athan (Wales), Castellón (Spain) and Coolidge (Arizona), are well positioned to scale disassembly and reuse operations for narrow-body and wide-body fleets. Our aim: every part back in service, is one less new part to manufacture.

ecube CEO Lee McConnellogue:

“Boeing’s expansion in USM reflects a shared commitment to sustainable fleet solutions and together, we’re closing the loop on aviation’s circular economy.”

Congratulations to Boeing on this important step; we look forward to working collaboratively across the value chain to make USM and sustainable fleet support a mainstream reality.
